2. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

The Application files (APKs) and content on this website are provided "as is" and "as available" basis. SchoolSearch makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the safety, reliability, or virus-free nature of the files.

While we scan files using VirusTotal, we do not guarantee that files are 100% free from malware, viruses, or harmful code. You are responsible for scanning files before installation.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SchoolSearch, its owners, administrators, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Damages to your mobile device, computer, or operating system.
• Loss of data, profits, or business reputation.
• Cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.

You acknowledge that the installation of APK files from third-party sources involves inherent risks, including the potential for device malfunction ("bricking") or security vulnerabilities.

4. Third-Party Content

The apps hosted on our platform are the property of their respective owners (Schools, Coaching Institutes, Developers). We act solely as a search engine and hosting provider to facilitate easier access for students. We do not claim ownership of the intellectual property rights of the apps listed.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
